What is our minimum order?
 
Our minimum order is $200.
 
 
How Does Shipping Work?
 
Shipping depends on the weight and volume of your package. We work with through several carriers like UPS and Canpar in order to find the lowest cost that would work best for our valuable customers. If your payment method is cash on delivery the shipping will be slightly expensive as only some our carriers are able collecting your payment via Cash on Delivery.

Do We Ship Outside of Canada?
 
YES. We do ship outside of Canada. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of the customs process. Smoke Tokes is not responsible for any items that are confiscated by your country’s government.
 
 
 
 
 
Do We Price Match?
 
We are more than willing to price match! You just need send us a picture of the prices you are being offered and we will be beat the difference of the price by 10%.
 
 
 
 
 
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
 
We accept Interact e-Transfer, Bank Deposit, Credit Card, and cash on delivery.
 
 
 
 
 
I have missing/broken items. What should I do?
 
In the case of missing/broken items, you just need to send us pictures at info@smoketokes.ca and we will replace them in your next order or create a credit note. If you need the items as soon as possible, please give us a call or send us an email and we will be more than happy to help. You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
 
 
 
 
 
I want to pay by credit card. Can I do it over the phone?
 
For payment via credit card, you need to fill out an authorization form and then email it back to us. This is done to verify that we have your consent when process your business transaction via credit card. We will email you the form if you select “New Credit Card” as your mode of payment when you check out.
 
 
 
 
 
My order sheet has some items that I didn’t receive. Was I charged for them?
 
Make sure you look at the INVOICE to see what have we charged you for! Your order sheet has the description of products you requested. However, if we go out of stock due to high demand, we do not charge you for the items that you did not receive.
