Shipment and Damaged/Missing Items
 
Damaged or missing items must be reported within 72 hours otherwise you may not be reimbursed. Pictures and SKU numbers must be sent to info@smoketokes.ca in order to have the item processed. If you are missing items, please give us a call and we can find out what happened and replace them in your next order. Note: make sure you are looking at your invoice when you’re looking at the products you received and got charged with.
 
 
 
Free Shipping
 
You must satisfy the correct order amount for your region to qualify for free shipping.
 
For Calgary, AB, you must place a minimum order of $500.
 
For Alberta, you must place a minimum order of $950.
 
For British Columbia and Saskatchewan, you must place a minimum order of $1,300.
 
For Manitoba, you must place a minimum order of $1,800.
 
For Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island, you must place a minimum order is $2,300.
 
For Yukon and North West Territories, you must place a minimum order of $2,300.
 
For Nunavut and Newfoundland and Labrador, you must place a minimum order of $2,800.
 
 
 
Free shipping minimum orders do not include GST, blankets, tobacco, orange chronic, store supplies, and butane.
 
 
 
Your payment method should be credit card, bank deposit, or an e-transfer to qualify for free shipping. We do not offer free shipping if your payment method is cash on delivery. 
 
 
For any returned items, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Any returns on the Disposable Vapes due to manufacturing defects can be returned within 30 days with the actual device and upon receipt we can issue a credit or send replacements. No replacements will be done if you donot have the physical device in your possession.
 
We have many different carriers and try to use one that would be best for you. Some of the carriers we work with include UPS, Purolator, Canpar, and FedEx.

Payment Options
 
We accept credit card, e-transfer, direct deposit, and cash on delivery. Credit card and e-transfer work best, as cash on delivery tends to raise shipping costs. A credit card authorization form is required to be filled out and emailed back if you would like to go down that route.
